Doppler was created in 2015 by our founder, Danielle. After working as a ‘jack of all trades’ marketeer for British startups and iconic brands for 18 years, she decided to make a change. Inspired by Bowie, mindfulness and the time it takes to write a sci-fi novel, she found herself re-connected to creativity, to a community and to a lifestyle she loves.

Ultimately, this is why Doppler was born and what Doppler is all about.

We work with B Corps, CICs, social enterprises, creative entrepreneurs and start-ups who want to make a difference.

We have experienced in-house business coaches and consultants who have built tools, workshops, online courses, and 121 coaching membership programmes all geared up to help you make a big impact. From mindful marketing, and coaching to funding. Using the Doppler Gift Economy, you get to pick your own pricing. That means we can help more people who otherwise couldn't afford our experience and expertise. We also reinvest your money to fund others in the community just starting out.

danielle morgan - ceo & founder. Coach, consultant, author

(AKA P.F. Flumpton) Coming from the tech startup world, a marketing guru, coach, mentor and general dogsbody she has worked with an array of weird and wonderful companies. She believes everybody has the potential to become the best version of themselves. Danielle is an eternal optimist who really does believe love can change the world. She also loves chips. ALOT.

Rich sykes - Chief financial officer

CEO and Founder of Create (Rock and Roll Accountancy) Rich is all-round sound advisor of all things money, pricing and planning. As an ex-rock star himself and a big cheese at KPMG and Tide, we are humbled to have him as part of the Doppler family. He is the soothing northern voice of reason and good egg. There’s nothing that Rich loves more than spending Friday night on zoom calls talking about pricing. What a star.

Andy Dicks. CTO. KING OF THE JOKES.

What you need to know about Andy: he is an actual real-life genius. The end. As Principal Engineer for multinational technology conglomerate such as Cisco and Synamedia, Andy has also built and sold pioneering mobile video ad-serving technology now used by the likes of Virgin, Channel 4 and Sky. He also founded and built his own private social network Hugglr and remains seemingly unaware of quite how brilliant he is. With us from day one providing all the energy and bright funny goodness one could ever wish for. He is solid gold.

sheri RUSSEL - advisory board member. Counselor, Ethics & Spiritual advisor

Sheri is in charge of making sure that everything we do at Doppler is done right. Sometimes when we're so focused on the work we don't stop to ask ourselves 'is this the right thing?’ or 'just because we can, should we?’. She also bakes the most beautiful cakes and has her own business @divinitybakes. We’ve never met someone with such a kind, infectious energy. The Queen of our hearts everybody - Sheri Russel.

Mitchell Wilson - Sound & vision, marketing & product. Advisory board member.

This is our Earth Angel, Mitchell. Mitchell is a stunning video storyteller and maker who joined us on the internship scheme from Bristol University and we NEVER LET HIM LEAVE! So now he creates interviews with creators, makes beautiful animations and helps us build our values and vision on the Doppler brand and products. He is a lovely soul. Mitchell is also in training to be one of our future dream handlers, watch this space.

We are so honoured to have this epic powerhouse and beautiful soul as part of our team. As a trusted advisor on practically any topic, Cherlene @cherlenewilson is the Queen of Authenticity, in fact she has a best selling book on the topic, she also has several businesses, is a healer and an internationally recognized prophetic speaker. That’s only about 10% of it, we’re not kidding!! C is our rock, confident and voice of reason, she is also the most bad-ass businesswoman you’ll ever meet and we challenge you to find another person who will move heaven and earth the way she can.

His creative flair is beautiful to behold and world-changing, it is no wonder Manifest won PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year and Ecologi planted 10 million trees. Introducing the BBBBBBBB STING. Mike is the solid, dependable, voice of reason every company needs in their back pocket. A systems architect, coder and strategic thinker for the last 20 years Mike has specialist knowledge that goes beyond the matrix. Coupled with his common-sense and sometimes whimsical approach to life brings out the magic that is indescribable. He also has the singing voice of an angel but refuses to perform on-demand much to our dismay.

Maheen Noor soomro - people & business structure.

Meet Maheen @MaheenNsoomro what a blessing she is. Maheen is a force of nature, she has several of her own businesses in tech, business and recruitment @Mushawarukltd plus she is also a talented artist and illustrator. Proving you can have it all! On top of all this, she is a passionate devotee of women’s rights and works with multiple organisations across Asia to promote female empowerment. At Doppler she helps us make sure we find the right people and gives us our much-needed structure. This woman!

Callum cox - audio wizard. Marketing & product.

Look at that happy face. Meet Callum aka renowned music producer @frankesine and director of @audiliciousaudio. Callum helps us sound good, he has created the Doppler theme tune, audiobooks, podcasts and videos. He also interviews creators and generally is making the world a better place. Ask Callum to recommend you a good song/film or any decent entertainment and he will come up trumps, although don’t ask him about Trump he will get angry!
